20,000 people to take part in Business Run
More than 20,000 runners are set to take part in the Vienna Energy Business Run.
More than 1,000 business are taking part in the run which is taking place in the Vienna Prater.
Last year 19,629 participants took part in the run which took place at the end of September - the earlier date this year is thought to have encouraged more people to take part.
Organiser Gerhard Seidl said: "Participants can profit from the milder temperatures and longer daylight hours and enjoy the whole running experience more with this earlier date."
The Vienna Business Run is the third biggest running event after the Vienna City Marathon and the Women's Run.
Runners and nordic walkers take part in the run with colleagues.
Each team member has to cover 4.2 km. The run begins in the Meiereistraße, through the Prater and ends at the Prater Stadium.
