Toilet rescue

Viennese expert locksmith Michael Bübl was called into action recently when a German woman ended up stranded in her toilet.

The woman, named only as Christa D., had locked her door to keep her cat Rufus, who always managed to open the toilet door, out. When she pulled the door-handle to get out again, it broke.

The cat-lover from North Rhine Westphalia couldn't get hold of a locksmith and had to resort to Facebook to direct her enquiry to the locksmith from Vienna.

Bübl said: "I just gave her the instructions from my book "Secret knowledge of locksmith services".

After a few minutes, Christa resolved the issue thanks to the good advice.
