Arnold Schwarzenegger is coming to Vienna again at the end of January 2013.
Schwarzenegger is visiting the Austrian capital for the first conference of his Energy and Climate Change Initiative R20.
At the Austrian National Library Schwarzenegger will take part in discussions with students over the environment and climate protection.
On Wednesday Schwarzenegger was awarded a prize by UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon for the forming of his climate protection initiative R20- Regions of Climate Action.
From January 31st until 1st February 2013 the Non Profit Organisation is holding its first conference in Vienna where different energy models for the future will be discussed.
Chancellor Werner Faymann from the SPÖ will open the conference together with EU President Jose Manuel Durao Barroso. Many politicians are expected to attend.
Monika Langthaler, organiser of the conference said: "Arnold Schwarzenegger wanted to hold his first conference of his organisation in is home country. We hope to be able to hold further events in Vienna."
Registration to take part in the discussions at the National Library can be made until January 20th 2013.
At the event as well as discussions about climate protection and energy sources he will also tackle the issue of opportunities and chances for young people.
